FAQ

Do I need any special software to access the webinars?

No you don’t.  You will be given a link to each webinar and you simply click on that link to be taken into the training session.  You will also have the option to dial in via phone line too, so if you’re not able to be in front of a PC when the training sessions take place you can listen in and follow along with the handouts.  In addition all the training sessions are recorded so you’ll be given access to the video of the training session and you’ll be able to watch it at your convenience.

Are the webinars interactive, or do you talk and we listen?

The first two webinars are interactive in that you will be able to ask questions as we go along, either over the phone or via the chat facility – I do like my classes to be as interactive as possible.  However, do keep in mind that the two live webinars are designed to deliver the content so there won’t be a whole lot of time for going in-depth with questions, which is why I added the open Q&A session.  Also, you will no doubt have questions once you’ve left the webinar and are implementing the information I teach you and, again, the Q&A session will provide you with the opportunity to get all your questions answered and receive feedback as you set up your systems.

If I can’t make one of the webinars do I get the recording?

Yes, you do.  All webinars are recorded and you will be able to watch them again as many times as you need to – you can also download them and keep them on your PC too if you prefer; thereby building your own video library.  They will be actual videos so you’ll still experience the same benefits as if you were attending the webinars live – i.e. you will still be able to see the demonstrations (very useful if you’re more of a visual learner).

Can we ask questions during and/or after the workshop?

Yes, I make lots of time available during the workshop for questions, plus I’ll do an open Q&A at the end.  Also, once the workshop is over, you have the option of posting any additional questions in the online support forum.

    Tracey,

I don’t have an online business selling products since I am a B2B service business. My industry is virtually assisting small business owners. I don’t know anything about setting up shopping carts, etc because it isn’t necessary for me to have this knowledge. The businesses I service are also service oriented for the most part. I have coaches, contractors, plumbers, window cleaning, IT businesses and attorneys. I’m not sure this sytem would help me grow my business

      Hi Janet,

Thanks so much for your message and let me address some of your issues here… it might actually help other business owners too!

Whilst you don’t think you have an online business, ALL businesses these days need to create an online presence – even if they’re a service-based business. One of the first places someone goes to when they’re looking for a particular service/product the Internet – even if they’re looking for that service provider to be local.

And ALL businesses, regardless of whether they have a physical store-front, office, or are simply run out of the home, need basic systems in place – a filing system, a financial management system, a contact management system. These are the foundational systems upon which they can build their business.

And, unless you’ve got a big waiting list of clients (and even if you have you should NEVER stop marketing), you’ll want to create some kind of stay-in-touch strategy so that visitors to your website, potential clients who call you or who you meet at networking or other events, have a way to stay in touch with you and you with them. This is where developing a stay-in-touch strategy becomes criticial, and for many businesses, whether solo, service-based or otherwise, they do this through a regular newsletter, typically in electronic format.

This program covers all of these major foundational pieces – the filing management system, the financial mangement system, the contact management system, creating an online presence, developing a stay-in-touch strategy … and there’s so much more too. Through the program I show you ways in which you can leverage your time so that you can be of service to many more clients. And just think of how much more valuable you’re going to be to your clients if you understand some of the basics of running an online business such as shopping carts, autoresponders etc. – they may not even realize that this is a possibility for them but you’ll be able to show them and support them in taking their businesses to the next level.

I hope this helps, and feel free to contact me again if you have further questions.

      ~ Tracey
