Tracey Lawton has been running her online business since November 2001, and in that time she has seen technology change, new marketing strategies come into play, and the online business world explode!
Tracey originally started her business as a Virtual Assistant practice, but quickly realized that she did so much more for her clients … in fact she supported them as their Online Business Manager (but didn’t know this at the time). She’d been working at a high level as an Office Manager for many years so was highly experienced in business management. Today Tracey focuses primarily on leading clients, step-by-step, in creating their online marketing and office organization systems through her training programs and one-on-one Private Platinum consulting programs.
Tracey gave up her very secure local government job in the UK at the end of 2001 because she felt a strong desire that there must be something better that she could do that would be flexible enough so that she could put her young family first, and also be around for them during the school holidays or if one of them needed her at any other time. She stumbled across the virtual assistant profession quite by accident one day whilst at work, and decided that she could do that … and so did! Within a month of discovering the virtual assistant profession Tracey had handed in her notice at her local government job and ventured into the world of self-employment … and hasn’t looked back since!
Tracey now lives in Findlay, OH after having moved to the USA from Birmingham (UK) in the summer of 2002. She enjoys a lot of family time with her husband and three boys, and they enjoy summer vacations and long weekends away.
