When it comes to managing the finances for your business, one of the many hats you have to wear is that of Chief Financial Officer! As the CFO for your business if don’t have your critical financial information at your fingertips this leads to missed opportunities and lost revenues!

You will learn how to:

• Create a really super-simple Bookkeeping System that, even if you’re not financially savvy, you’ll easily be able to set up and manage.
• Create the 3 key financial reports you need for your business: an Income Analysis, Expenditure Analysis, and Cash flow Report.
• Decide when you should be managing your own finances and when you should outsource to a bookkeeper.

• decide on the length of your teleclass
• choose and set up the bridge line to deliver your teleclass (very easy)
